¡CraftCrap-spiration:"Girls of Blaze" Puma Sneakers X Solange Knowles!

Her sister gets me everytime. 'Yonce can make a dope song, but Solange wears patterns that are inspirational as hell.EVERYTIME! I read this morning the vibrant Chica teamed up w/Puma Sneakers on a limited line called "Girls of Blaze." The sneakers/collection is premiering at a $$$$ spot called Opening Ceremony (and their website) and while the rich and fab will swoop these up, I'm more stoked on her look book and the Lisa Frank-like colorways.

¡CraftCrap Reclaim: The Boom!Boom! Wood Gun!

Found another awesome piece of weird wood out on the ranch. This piece was too duh! to throw into the burn pile. Even though this looks like an obvious Zap Gun, it was actually a piece to a shelf of some sort. I tried visualizing it myself but the gun ideas kinda blocked that all out. 

Here we go:

Threw a base paint color on. Its a Creamcoat Charcoal color. BOOM! BOOM! was written with a bold tip silver Sharpie paint pen. I would have wrote BANG! BANG! but my son says BOOM! BOOM! and most of the time: DOOSH! DOOSH! (yes it sounds like he is yelling at all the females on the ranch to Douche! Douche!… you can understand why I went with BOOM! BOOM!) Those Craftsmart paint pens also came in handy with a lil design layout sketch help.

Paint time and BOOM! Here we are:

I could have gotten crazy on this side of the Zap Gun, but I thought that if this was one of those things that lasted till my old years I'd like for it have some sort of memorablia steez to it. Something my son would be stoked to see when he is like 40.  Painted a heart with MOM in the middle cause he knows what it is. Momma loves her mijo! The date and his beautiful name as well.

We are now ready for some extremely non-lethal imaginary zombie killing! Let the games begin Zombie foos!!!!
